Last year, the Cheat Festival was the high point of the year and we've been invited back!
The 17th annual Cheat Fest benefits the Friends of the Cheat, an organization working to clean up the Cheat river valley from mine polution. It's a music festival, vendors, 5k running race and art market. A whole day of fun from morning until after dark. The day before, my family will be watching the Cheat downriver kayak race.
All this takes place at the Cheat Festival Grounds north of Albright, WV on route 26. Here are directions
The art market opens at 12 am. I have loads of new metal work, some cute new displays
And I'm really excited to be out and about again!
