Gemstones

Agate is a stone of gentle influence.  Each type has it's own specific qualities.

• Moss Agate lends the quality of stability.

Amber, or fossilized tree sap, contains the essence of the tree, the energy it collected from the sun.

Ametrine helps the wearer with forethought and looking out for their own best interests.

Amethyst helps with calmness and clarity.

Andalusite provides comfort when you're at one of life's crossroads.

Apatite is a stone of knowledge-psychic or emotional.

Aquamarine's peaceful ocean blues stimulate the throat chakra and help with calmness, self confidence and communication.

Aventurine the different colors symbolize the different strengths it enhances-green for physical, blue for psychic and red/brown for creativity.

Azurite is a soft stone like malachite or turquoise. It's a stone of vision and intellect.

Calcite multiplies intent and has gentle healing properties.

Carnelian leaves my mind wandering to thoughts of sexuality and creativity.  It's the color of fire, reminding me of passion and the power fire has to shape things into my own vision. 

Citrine helps me focus on thought and intellectual pursuits.  It reminds me of sunlight and bright clarity, unfettered by clouds.

Chrysocolla is a stone of healing and inspiration.

Coral was once a living thing and part of the sea.  Please note that any coral we use is dyed in its processing.  Precious coral or red coral is an endangered species and very rarely used in modern jewelry making.

Diamond, carbon's purest crystal form, is April's birthstone and popularly the stone of lifelong love.  

Dumortierite promotes a gentle happiness.

Emerald is a stone of love and abundance.  It's also May's birthstone.

Eudialyte is a harmonizing stone, creating trust in yourself.

Fluorite can enhance thinking through clear awareness.

Garnets help us with our earthly desires and they're the birthstone of January.

Goldstone is a man made gemstone which combines the clarifying qualities of quartz with the wealth of gold. 

Hematite, an ore of iron, is a heavy grounding stone.  Sometimes you'll find a magnetic version in jewelry. 

Iolite Blue water sparkling with stars. 

Jaspers are different in each variety, but generally, they enhance energy.

Jet Petrified wood.

Kyanite guides you in your dreams and opens you to self-understanding.

Labradorite tunes you into the magical, your intuition, using your senses in unaccustomed ways. 

Lapis Lazuli symbolizes the connection between the human and the divine. 

Malachite is the green of verdant wealth.

Moonstone's dreamy qualities are directly reminiscent of the full moon night.  

Nephrite (Jade) attracts love and luck.

Obsidian guards against depression.

Onyx is a powerful stone of grounding.

Opal contains water and is helpful in emotional times.

Pearls are for purity, washed clean by the sea.

Peridot is a stone of healing, moving past emotional hurt.

Pietersite dissolves emotional blockages.

Quartz amplifies intent and points are frequently used as wands. It has many sub varieties, each has it's own listing.

Rose Quartz promotes love and self worth.

Ruby is a stone of great power and a symbol of love.

Rutilated and Tourmalinated Quartz are some of the many combinations between quartz and other minirals.  Quartz's clarity combines with and focuses the properties of rutile or tourmaline spikes.  It is calming and transforming.

Sapphire is the source of the phrase "true blue", a stone of truth and fidelity

Seraphinite shows us the wings of angels, it's very useful when you are questing for something higher.

Serpentine reduces conflict.

Sodalite promotes peace and well being.

Spinel attracts wealth.

Sunstone is a protective stone, it sweetens a day like sunshine does.

Tiger eye promotes protection, clear thinking, grounding and willpower.  If you're looking to make changes and need to focus on centering yourself, this is the stone for you. 

Tourmaline contains rainbows of love and success.

Turquoise is a protective stone and encourages luck.

Unakite stimulates productivity, contentment and removing clutter from your thoughts.

Zoisite frequently contains ruby, it's a stone of fertility and realization of true potential.

Metals

Silver is connected to the moon and shares her calming power.

Gold a symbol of value, of power, of the sun.

Copper channels energy just as it does electricity.

Brass is an alloy of copper and zinc combining their channeling and healing powers.
